Conditions:
Call, come in or Facebook message me to receive an email Membership form to get started. Memberships require an automated draw using a debit or credit card and and can be drawn any day of the month from the 1st to the 28th provided it is initiated no more than 7 days from first service rendered and within the same calendar month. Within your contract of choice, package-specific terms are outlined.
Guest is responsible for booking/prebooking all of her own appointments to keep full benefits of the Membership (visiting every month or two months depending on the package to redeem benefits). Membership benefits may not be shared with another individual or rolled over into credit for a later date, although through timely communication with Hollie or myself, a deferred draw OR compensation of services/product may be redeemable within 30 days of a “missed” appointment.
Example: Sarah holds a Platinum Pass and is going on vacation the last 2 weeks of July when she would normally be due for a color refresh, partial highlight and cut. Maggie has nothing available before Sarah leaves, but can accommodate her within days of her return. So, in the first week of August, Sarah receives her planned services and, after a review of her package, is able to schedule an additional conditioning treatment and blowout plus 10% off her retail purchase. This action was approved due to Sarah’s informing us of the upcoming disruption and our communication toward an alternate solution.
Memberships cannot cover all potential services for every guest. In the case of extremely long, thick or overly textured hair, corrective color services, specialized vivid techniques and extensions, a la carte pricing will be the standard based on the time, technique and product required, and can be estimated after completing a full consultation. In most cases, however, the percent discount can be applied to additional services. Ultimately, this is determined by the salon professional.
You may cancel a Membership at any time, but if you do so within the first 60 days of initiating a Pass, you may be required to pay a surcharge covering the difference between Membership and a la carte pricing.
